History

Brenda Y. Marlow (born Brenda Y Darrett, October 28, 1967) is a Writer, Producer, Author, Fashion Designer and Seamstress. In August 2014, Marlow wrote and produced her first short film titled Time Watch. Her first appearance on the writing scene was when she entered the 2nd Annual New Play writes competition in November 2003, where she was one of only six plays to be picked to be represent her first play ‘My Sister’s Twin’ on stage at Fisk University Nashville, TN. In 2004 she wrote her first book title 'The Choice is Yours' and published 'The Choice is Yours' Volume II the following year. She also self-published a novel titled 'Hidden Silence' that is set to be released winter of 2014. She has also acted in a few plays, done print ads and has been in several music video. Brenda is currently working on a television series titled 'Highhills' and will go into production for a stage play she’s written ‘You’re not that grown’ in late winter of 2015 and start filming her first independent movie ‘Time Watch’ in early spring of 2016. There are many talents to this one woman show, and she gives all thanks to God for blessing her with those talents.
